Meet Mehreen Sachwani from Pakistan.
Mehreen Sachwani is a Pakistani international powerlifter, UK Level 3 Strength Coach, Women’s Strength & Fitness Specialist, and Fitness Educator building her journey through competitive sports, professional coaching, and women’s fitness.
As a professionally trained strength coach, Mehreen works with women to improve their strength, fitness, confidence, and physical performance. Her coaching approach combines structured training with her own experience as a competitive athlete.
Representing Pakistan internationally, Mehreen has competed in major powerlifting events and secured 2nd place at the International SBD UAE competition, adding an important achievement to her growing sporting career.
Alongside her athletic journey, she works as a coach at VelocityX and represents brands including Heli Pakistan, Gym Armour, and Hustlers Only as an athlete and brand ambassador.
Her work goes beyond competition. Through fitness education and coaching, Mehreen is helping more women understand the value of strength training while encouraging them to become stronger, healthier, and more confident.
From representing Pakistan on the international stage to empowering women through strength and fitness, Mehreen Sachwani continues to turn her passion for sports into a meaningful journey.
