With expertise in ERP systems, Khurram specializes in implementing and managing Odoo ERP solutions that streamline finance, inventory, human resources, and customer relationship management. He focuses on improving workflows, strengthening reporting systems, and helping organizations make data-driven decisions.

His experience also spans e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, and Daraz. Through marketplace optimization, SEO, paid advertising, social media marketing, and conversion optimization, he works to strengthen digital operations and support business growth.

Alongside his leadership role at DME Pakistan, Khurram has served as Information Technology Manager at ZVMG Rangoonwala Trust since 2016. His responsibilities include IT infrastructure, network administration, cybersecurity, server management, data security, and ERP implementation across institutional operations.

Khurram also contributes to professional development as a Digital Marketing and E-Commerce Mentor at ZVMG Rangoonwala Community Centre. Since 2016, he has helped individuals develop practical skills in online marketplaces and digital marketing.

Earlier in his career, he managed IT operations across 13 branches of Ghazi Foundation's school and college network in Karachi.
