Meet Erum from Lahore.

Erum Makhdoom is a Psychologist, Lecturer, Qualitative Researcher, Motivational Speaker, and Women Empowerment Activist, working across psychology, education, research, and public awareness.

She currently serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Psychology at Government College University (GCU), Lahore, where she teaches psychology, mentors students, and contributes to academic and research activities.

Beyond academia, Erum has built a strong presence in mainstream media, television, digital platforms, and podcasts, where she shares psychological insights on topics related to mental well-being, relationships, personal development, and social issues.

As a qualitative researcher, she has contributed to research and supervised studies covering areas such as psychological well-being, stress, anxiety, women's experiences, health psychology, relationships, and other social and psychological challenges.

Erum is also actively involved in women empowerment and public awareness, using her platform to encourage education, confidence, personal growth, and greater understanding of psychological and social issues.
